IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Points to be Noted by Parents/Guardians :

1. This is only an Application Form for Admission and NOT a Guarantee of Admission.
2. The child's age must be between 3 to 4 years as on 31st March 2025 for admission into Nursery class.
3. The School Management reserves the right to consider or reject a child for admission.
4. Only applicants who complete the registration process will be considered for admission.
5. An online payment of Rs. 900/- (non-refundable) must be made to finalize and submit the application form.
6. A printed copy of the completed application form, along with the following documents, must be submitted to the Bishop Conrad Sr. Sec. School (Senior Wing) Office ONLY on 18th January, 2025 during office hours (9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon):
o Final printout of the duly filled application form.
o Family photo (mother, father, and child) and a passport-sized photo of the child affixed to the printed registration form.
o Online payment receipt.
o Attested photocopies of all required documents.
1) Birth certificate of the child issued by the municipal corporation.
2) Aadhaar card of both parents and the child as photo ID and address proof.
3) Proof of employment (e.g., employer-issued identity card or any official document). For business persons, a GST certificate or visiting card will be accepted.
7. The name of the child and parents on the registration form must match the details on the child’s birth certificate.
8. Once entered, the Date of Birth, parents' names, and the child's name cannot be changed in the future for any reason. Any discrepancies will result in the cancellation of admission.
